Homemade new and improved front lights
Why?
This is a project that has been on my to-do list for quite some time and COVID lockdown gave me the excuse to finally tackle it. The ambition is to replace the existing steel light assembly with a lightweight, more aerodynamic solution without any visible screws, utilizing modern LED bulbs and stock wiring.

Custom design from the ground up
Tinkercad CAD software and 3D printer with carbon fiber and nylon printing filament
Wrapped with more carbon for appearance and strength
LED bulbs and circuitry
Oh… and some sanding sheets…
