Atoms on the loose in Cirencester!

Post by TommyA » Mon May 31, 2021 8:56 am

“Daddy - come and look at these cool motor cars” was the shout from my 7 year old. Having never seen an Atom in the wild before I couldn’t quite believe that 4 were driving past my house in Stratton just outside Cirencester!

Having been down to the factory on Friday to put a deposit down on a Nomad it seems like a sign - maybe I should swap it over to an Atom!

Great to see people enjoying their cars in the sunshine - hopefully I can tag along in 28 months time when the Nomad is built!

Easier to get in the Atom Tom….

30 months into my wait I wouldn’t say it has gone really fast. Gives you time to overanalyse the spec list though 👍
GR Yaris CP for when it rains, Atom 4 for when it doesn’t.

I have age on my side Rob 😂 To be fair the Nomad is easier to get in / out of than the Elise ever was but I do feel like the next 28 months is going to feel like 28 years - already changed my mind on suspension about 10 times!!

Test drove the Nomad with 50/50 tires and the fox dampers and the ride was better than on my S3 😂. Plenty of time to change my mind again though!

Hi Guys, just joined the club. I live on the outskirts of Cirencester and my Atom 4 arrives between mid August and mid October. Will definitely be joining you for some meet ups and drives, can't wait 👌

Excellent - bet you can't wait Rich - hopefully we get a bit of an Indian Summer so you can get a few miles on it later on in the year! Great to know there are some fellow owners in this neck of the woods and definately look forward to a blast soon!
