MSG 2019 – Saturday evening dinner


A private, three-course, sit down dinner being held in the Windsor room with it’s beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course with reception drinks. An opportunity to eat, drink and socialise with other like-minded members, both new and old after spending the day driving round the local countryside.

Clam and sweetcorn chowder with cheese oatcakes 

Oxford blue cheese, Morello cherries, baked white chocolate, prosecco dressing 

Celeriac, braeburn apple puree, candied walnuts, juniper salt, mustard cress (vg) 

Slow cooked, pulled pork terrine, bbq apple sauce, puffed pork rinds, spiced salt 


24 hour red wine braised shin of beef, baby onions, wild mushrooms, red wine jus 

Steamed fillet of salmon, baby gem lettuce, smoked salmon, chive fish cream sauce 

Baked cod fillet with Suffolk rarebit, caramelised onion sauce and parsley 

Wild mushroom arancini, truffled cream, poached grapes 

Served with potatoes and vegetables, local when in season 


White chocolate mousse, passion fruit jelly, biscotti 

Pistachio and apricot pavlova, lemon cream, rosewater 

Lemon, dark chocolate, maple syrup
