Minimal seat pads
I'm driving with an unpadded jacket now, so wanted to move some minimal padding onto the seats for the long Pyrenees trip in June.
Not a full upholstery job, just something in keeping with the design of the car.
Two motorcycle race seat pads – 10mm, high density foam and with an extremely strong adhesive on the back. £12.50 each.

Re: Minimal seat pads
I'm not sure if they'd work on the base. There's a lot more vertical pressure. You'd also have to use a sharp knife to reshape them.
I use a rower's gel pad on the seat, 'cos they're bum-shaped, and waterproof.

Re: Minimal seat pads
I bought a sheet of anti vibration foam stuff for £20. Would probably make about 8 seat pads.

Re: Minimal seat pads
I've got the setup from JK Composites fitted in mine and I'm really happy with them.
They now have a proper template for the Atom and they fit really well. They also keep your bum warmer than no padding!
They are not £20 though
Cheers,
Stu
