If they miss the briefing are they doomed to not ride, or will there be a second opportunity?

Not usual for passengers to need to have a briefing, as long as they have filled in the paperwork (as John said) then they should be able to get a wristband and be good to go. Passengers are always the responsibility of the driver so you can make sure that they know what they need to.

No need for a briefing for passengers, just need to be signed on and have a wristband.

Ah yes that's right, just sign on. My passenger always demands to drive my bloody car!

Does anybody know if "one" misses the briefing if second opportunity will arise a little later?

It's just that I have to drive to Glasgow and back between the factory visit and the track day and I may be late on Monday morning if I get delayed !!

Have a great weekend and especially the track day all of you! Would have loved to join in but unfortunately my car is in pieces at the moment. Might pop down on Monday afternoon to soak up some of the atmosphere and meet some of you in person!
