Atomic Mass Dinner Saturday 19th September

Hi All,

As agreed with Tom, over the next couple of weeks, there will be a number of posts concerning various parts of the weekends events.

The main Dinner will take place at the Stanton Manor Hotel, we have essentially taken over the hotel for the weekend. When I picked it, I worked on the numbers that we normally get at the Xmas do but this has proved to be far more popular so with only 23 rooms, some have had to book other accommodation nearby. I apologise.

I have visited the hotel and been shown various rooms which were fine. Some decor in public areas is a bit tired but with a few Zambukas no one will notice!

The outside of the hotel, grounds, terrace are lovely so praying for a fair weather weekend it will be glorious.

Parking is fine, plenty of space away from main road.

The club is going to provide a glass of champagne pre dinner and wine on the table.

The cost of the dinner is £30, 3 courses, coffee, etc.

For anyone staying at the hotel, dinner is included in the Saturday night rate quoted. For non residents, the cost of dinner is £30 per head.

Sticky Toffee Pudding, Caramel Sauce, Vanilla Ice Cream
Fresh Fruit Salad
Chocolate Mousse with Orange Compot



The hotel needs confirmed numbers so can you add names to the list below and if you are staying at the hotel or not so we accurately collect the money.

Also people coming to the dinner and not staying at the hotel please can they send £30 as below with a reference to
' Club Dinner'.
