K20 Engine Manual

If anyone's interested, I have a copy of the engine manual for the Honda K20a as fitted in the Atom

The file is in .pdf format - Adobe Acrobat and is 40Gig in size so it's to big to email. If anyone knows of a site that would host this file for downloads, let me know. Meanwhile, if anyone wants a copy, I'll put it on CD and stick it in the post.

I have this too... for most normal mortals, I think it's pretty useless as the engine isn't the same spec as that manual and the electrics are different. (I assume it's the US spec one and you got it from ebay or similar....)

If you're assembling one yourself in the US for example, it can come in handy, though.

And I guess if you are a semi-pro mechanic, it'd be a good idea, too

I believe this manual is for the K20a as fitted in the Atom - Someone from the K20.org forum sent it to me having confirmed it was for the Atom engine.  I believe the chap who sent it to me was Nikos, now a member of this forum.

Its not the same motor, completely.
The RSX-S is athe K20A2 the Jap R spec motor has some different components, although it's a good guide to do most repairs.

However the US Atom if supplied with the Civic Si motor will have the RSX-S Trans and LSD, so this manual will work for that.

The one you gave me is the the service manual for the American Acura RSX 2002-2004 model.
