What's that rubbery matte seat coating?

I'm thinking about having my seats recoated as part of spring cleaning.

What is that rubbery matte carbon fibre anti-slip seat coating?

It looks like something that's sprayed on, but there are no discussions on the forum about what that is exactly. I've looked for something similar before in my composite / robotics builds, but haven't stumbled across the stuff before at my usual suppliers.

Picked up a refurbished one at arial on Monday when I collected my car

I'm about a 30h drive from the factory, but maybe they sell the stuff via their parts operation. I may do a parts order in a few weeks. Thanks.

just having mine done now at a local body-shop.

After looking at many options including hydro dipping , plasti-dipping paint, and even leather trimming decided to have them done in '' the worlds toughest pain '' An American product that is two stage- should be back next week !

I have just put some foam on my seats, it was made by these guys, 10mm thick offers seat protection and a bit of comfort
