K24 Supercharger
K24 Supercharger
Discussing with a mechanic friend about tuning options on the Nomad K24 supercharged setup. Has anyone looked at uprating the charger, shortening the pully with remap, cooling options or found UK tuners that can do it?

Re: K24 Supercharger
If you increase the s/c boost then the charge temperature rapidly increases necessitating a charge cooler - where you would site this on a Nomad without perpetually filling it with off-road detritis and causing overheating is anyone's guess!!

Re: K24 Supercharger
There has been lots of discussion on here regarding non-factory supercharger upgrades for Atoms and the consensus is generally that the factory is the best option. Ultimately, a factory installed charger will increase the value of your Atom/Nomad far more than an unknown aftermarket version, not to mention the risk of damaging your engine and the cost of the tuners "live" development on your pride and joy.

Cpl racing are a good alternative from a tuner that specialises in Honda engines and is the UK Jackson Racing distributor. There own version has 17% more power than the Jackson supercharger according to there website

Additionally cpl are liked and respected by the factory.
