Le Mans Classic July 1st to 4th

Post by Winmoz » Sat Aug 15, 2020 5:21 pm

Anyone fancy running down to Le Mans (Portsmouth to Caen or St Malo) for the Classic? Potential 2 lap ‘parade’ of the full circuit on Friday (£210 extra).

Would be using Travel Destinations and camping at Porsche Curves ( secure campsite, decent bar and bogs).

Need to get a wiggle on

If we could do something else to make the travel (and cost) worthwhile like visit another track during this trip then I'd be interested. Like Magny-Cours. Otherwise it's a long way to go for just 2 laps imo.

We’ll be running our campsite for both Le Mans events in 2021.

Full catering included plus we can arrange to take tents, luggage etc. for club members.

Simon, up for that. Le Mans is a big party, so finding a track day for the Monday/Tuesday would be ideal.
