I am going, but given the forecast, certainly not in the Atom, call me soft if you like but leaving home at 5:30 in the pouring rain doesn't do it for me.
I'm doing the 4x4 ride in from some local airfield, but I suspect that will be booked up by now too.
Good luck if you go in the Atom.

An excellent route - you come in via the Force India factory if I remember correctly...

Abbey for me. Quick in and quick out. Going with a friend in a Landrover Defender. Will hoot if I see any Atoms.

I did! First time at a GP, great day and a great race. You can see much more of it than I expected, well worth going, but earplugs really are a requirement.

Re: Silverstone F1 Grand Prix this weekend.
I did - but mostly on the journey home. Ten miles of torrential thunderstorm on the M1 with cars aquaplaning in front of me. Still, really glad I took the bike. It would have taken quite some time to enter and exit without. And the paddock pass worked like a magic wand. Ended up parking right next to the paddock.
Thanks to Nathan for looking after me in the BRDC, I had one of the the best views of the race at the beginning, then after about 15 laps went to to the Toyota motorhomes to watch the race with the mechanics and Jarno's manager (who was delighted with the point!).

Bruce
were you at the BRDC - i was there too didn't see you
I got a last minute invite into the BRDC area with Paul 300 and his mate - who's a pretty handy racing driver himself
Great race - anyone else think Hamiltons driving was mega ? I didn't quite appreciate that only by being there do you really get a better understanding of just how tallented all these drivers are but also why the top few are so damn good

Yup. In the clubhouse. Were you in the stand?
I just watched the race on sky+
Looked even better, but an excellent race. Why aren't they ALL wet? Much more fun for spectators

That was Stirling Moss, Damon Hill and Jason Plato
I was in the BRDC grandstand or up on the roof terrace.

Re: Silverstone F1 Grand Prix this weekend.
I'm so jealous you got to see Lewis win such a stunning race on home turf but I think Massa has been taking driving lessons from Nick
