Hi everyone...Happy New Year!

Now Christmas and new year are out the way, please put Saturday 8th February in your diaries for our annual Winter Warmer.

I am still waiting to confirm details with the hotel but we are looking at a private dinner at the Hotel du Van, Cheltenham.

Save the date and I'll come back asap with details and the shop link to purchase dinner as usual. It will be a limited number event for members only.

Right then everyone...the Winter Warmer is go!

Where: Hotel du Vin, Parabola Road, Cheltenham, GL50 3AH
When: Saturday 8th February 2020, 7.30pm in the Sinner Enclosure
Cost: £42pp for 3 course dinner, welcome drink, half bottle wine
Room rates: £160/£180/£190 (standard/superior/executive)

Strictly members only, and a maximum of 30 guests Ariel Club's Winter Warmer welcomes you to the gorgeous Hotel du Vin this year.

I have long been a fan of their hotels and restaurants and am hoping this will not disappoint. Menu is currently being worked on by the HdV but will be based on their classic French menu. I will be in contact with those who purchase the meal to decide their menu choices in due course.

Please follow these steps to get booked:

1) Purchase your meal in the club shop at https://ariel.club/shop/meals/ariel-clu ... rmer-2020/
2) Email Elise on efry@malmaison.com to confirm which room type you would like as the rates are reserved for us and she will make the bookings.

A credit card is required to hold the rooms. The rooms are inclusive of breakfast and you will be responsible for booking/paying for your room. The club will deal with all the food for the event via the shop.

Parking is a little limited and with some on street parking so please be aware when deciding what vehicle to bring. Parking costs £6 per night.
