Kop Hill Cllimb

This weekend the weather looks good, I will be heading up there on Sunday and possibly a bit of Saturday. It would be great to catch up with some others if you're free?

I seem to mis this every year! Unfortunately I am trailering the atom back to its birth place for a bit of Ariel lovin on Saturday. Spending the week in Weymouth, hence why it is going on a trailer.

Aha considering I grow up in Risborough I have never found the opportunity to go along. Always seem to be on holiday or otherwise busy. I hear JK normally turns up with several cars and steals the day. Be good to get the upper hand mate! Gutted I can not make it!

We need to try and get on track at some point as we spoke about before. If not at least another early morning run out  :tu:

He's a decent bloke, always has time for car people. His LaFerrari last year was very quick and very green  ;D

Yes, time is slipping away for Bedford. Work is getting in the way  >:(

Went to Kop Hill last year at the invitation of a friend who has a 1939 MG N - didn't do too well on the hill - slope angle and carburetor float problems!) It is usually an excellent day.

Had a quick look at the runners and riders and as far as I could see no Atoms were entered for the climb ( according to their website they have now closed hill climb entries as both days are full!)

Can't come this w/end as I will be in France on the D-Day trip.

Agreed, Woody on his RSV race bike, Tesla and various other modern stuff, including some Renault MPV!

It's a shame they're missing out on one of the fastest cars on the day. Miserable sods.
