Hi everyone,

I have received an email from the organisers of the above event inviting AAOC to attend.

I won't be going but if any one wants to contact the organisers and get a list up and running let me know and I will give you the contact details.

The event date is June 10th - 12th 2016.

Regards

Julian

I attended Cholmomdy Pagent of Power last year as a member of the general public what a cracking day this was, with evening entertainment and all round good fun. http://www.cpop.co.uk/what-is-on/exhibitors/

Was the invite for inside the track exhibitors ?

I would like to announce the dates for the Cholmondeley POP for this year 2016
It's actually changed the name to Cholmondeley Speed n Power the dates are 10th 11th 12th of June and the theme this year is super cars past present and future
I have had the privilege of runing the car clubs for the last 3 years and would like to know if anybody is interested attending, I would be able to get free entry to clubs and a discount for the main event, if you attend in your Atom.
We haven't had an Atom attend in the last 3 years So come on folks !
car clubs is actually in a large area next to the track, if I can get some numbers I would guarantee a pitch trackside.
I am also trying to arrange for a run down the track
Either PM direct or reply through the forum

Andrew,

From what I know, most car clubs camp and display their vehicles just outside of track, some more important clubs  have their cars inside track and camp outside of track, Im not sure as to costs etc, its an exclusive and up market event!.

I don't know the answers to some of the questions above. The invitation is to display Atoms inside or outside the track.

The contact is Julie Sawyer 01829 772432.

julie.sawyer@cpop.co.uk.

There is also a post from Highflyer (Russ) under General Discussion about this event and appears to be an organiser.

Suggest someone takes it on board and get a list going. Russ is offering free entry.

Julian

Russ' post now added to this one.

For the record, this is a SUPERB event - probably my favourite one of the year.  Very relaxed, a bit like Goodwood FOS on a smaller scale with a more 'clubby' feel.

It's a beautiful location with some very interesting cars and motorcycles, a lot of older stuff as well.

And the Cholmondely Arms has around 200 different types of gin  ;D

I am very tempted but it is very close to other things I am doing with the club so I am holding back.

It sounds a great event and a good weekend away. I don't know why these things are not supported by our friends in the north, it is the same with carfest, it is supported in the south but not up there?

Good luck Russ.

I might be interested in this. It's close to the Pyrenees trip, but what the hell. We could do a nice run up, if it was well plotted.

First Atomised 2001.
Atom (165) > Atom 2 (220) > Atom 3 (300) > Atom 3.5 (310) > Atom 4 (350).
There is no cure.

It reads like a good event. Would you camp Steve. And the route, make for the Welsh border and head North?
