Hi Everyone

It's that time of year again, the annual Atom Club Christmas Party/Dinner/Heavy Drinking night.  The date is confirmed as Saturday 30th November and the venue is:

The Cheltenham Chase Hotel, Brockworth, Gloucestershire, GL3 4PB http://www.qhotels.co.uk/our-locations/the-cheltenham-chase-hotel/occasions/

Start time is 7.00pm for pre dinner drinks, then our own private dining room from 7.30pm onwards.  We have a choice on the menu as below:

Spiced roast parsnip & apple soup, root vegetable crisps

Smoked ham hock terrine, piccalilli, parsley butter, sour dough

Walnut & field mushroom tart, sage pesto, wholegrain croutes

Roast turkey breast, bacon wrapped chipolata, turkey gravy, buttered sage & onion stuffing, cranberry sauce, roast potatoes & market vegetables

Slow cooked beef, port sauce, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish mashed potato, market vegetables

Salmon fillet, wilted winter greens, potato & dill wellington, white wine sauce

Chestnut & pecorino risotto cake, sweet pepper ratatouille, basil vinaigrette, tomato & spinach salad

Christmas pudding, brandy butter custard

Milk chocolate tart, orange syrup, raspberry cream

Gingerbread crème brûlée, buttered shortbread

Coffee, chocolate truffle

Please e-mail me tom@atomclub.com with your choices so that we can let the hotel know prior to our arrival.

Dinner will be £45 per head to include wine for the tables, which needs to be be paid to the club in advance via PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.

Rooms are £70 per room for a single or £80 for a double/twin, all include breakfast and you will need to book direct with the hotel on 01452 519933 or e-mail cheltenhamevents@qhotels.co.uk quoting ARIEL ATOM CHRISTMAS PARTY so that we all end up in the right places!  If you could let me know when you have booked please that would be great so that I can keep a record of numbers.

Any questions, just let me know!  Look forward to seeing everyone for a good old knees up  ;D

Edited to say that you can upgrade the room to a deluxe double for £35 or to a suite for £55.
