Goodwood Breakfast Club

Post by julian » Thu May 23, 2013 2:39 pm

Sunday 2nd June 2013 Goodwood Breakfast Club, Supercar Sunday. Does anyone fancy this, it will be an early start if we are to get a good spot as it will be popular. Be down there for about 0745.

Leave mid morning for a run and then head for a pub for Sunday lunch.

Weather permitting of course.

Regards

Julian

Keep in touch throughout the week to see if ths is a goer or not, sounds like you are up for it regardless.

Hi  Andrew,

Let's go for it then. I have pre registered on the goodwood breakfast club website, takes 2 minutes and provided we get there early enough, we would be in the paddock or on start / finish line.

Suggest we leave from mine or suitable meeting point  at 6am to be there for 8am.

Hopefully see you and Simon on Sunday.

We should be fuelled and ready to go, stop for a coffee on the way down if we are making good time. Hopefully Simon will sign up.

See you Sunday.

I went and saw two Atoms at about 11.00. One yellow and one orange.

Couldn't find the owners though...

It was a great turnout and a good meet!

Yellow was me, i met up with the rest just before leaving.

I went about 2/3 years ago and there were lots of people, this time there must have 3x as many cars and masses of people.

it was a good day, not sure if anymore coming up we are eligible for, but makes a good day out.
