Yeah for that reason I decided it would be a weekend of boxes of red wine! Less to keep cold too. Can buy a cold beer if I need one! Also brought some water, squash, snacks and fruit, else that's about it.

Picked up the marquee/gazeebo today and forgot how big it is! Will need a hand to carry it over if Ginette can't charm her way in to get the car to the pitches as it's pretty heavy but it should be an awesome place to chill. We can look to face all the tents into it (assuming the field is marked into pitches as per club which seems the case). Bring any chairs if you can fit them in. Anyone taking any cooking gear? Think the general consensus was to not bother wasn't it?

Will leave here at 4 so expect to be there around 5 or so. Bloody looking forward to it!

I am just taking a single burner to make a cup of tea in the morning, food outlets didn't open until 10am and the bars close when the music finishes hence trying to keep beers and wine chilled for afters.

Looking forward, should be great.

Just re read joining instructions, can I suggest that whoever arrives first collects wrist bands from gate B, the rest of us can go to gate A and to pitch, unload, tents up!

My wife is coming after work on Friday so I will try to blag her into gate A to unload her car, Alex will you do the same to save lugging heavy gear?

The car park does actually seem to be some distance from pitch! I hope not but we will cross that bridge.

Regards

Julian

Yes mate, Ginette is going to try and get into the camping field on the basis the gazeebo is so heavy. Fingers crossed. Given no one has said otherwise, we may be the first to arrive so I'll collect the bands as I drive through unless someone says otherwise.

Go for it Alex.keep an eye out for us, meet you by gate A. Can you pick me up a support vehicle pass for the wife?

I will PM you my phone number, perhaps you could text me so I have yours.

Regards & see everyone later.

Julian, I'll try to remember to do that but as long as your wife has a printed temporary pass I think she'll get in and can then change it. I'll hopefully have everything though. Look out for the massive gazebo!

Final word from me on this one, our campsite is gate A, next to that site is car parking for exhibitors. so thats the car park we want to be trying to get into (support vehicle).

The parking near gate D is along way from our site, so avoid that one and argue to get into parking at gate A.

As we are exhibitors I'm sure we're in the parking area by gate A anyway. Will get there and sort it anyway. See you later lads.

I make you right and that's what I would argue but I doubt it will come to that.
