CarfFest South 2016 - 26th-28th August

Less driving, more natter. For when you just want to hookup.

I'll carry on with the SBs, unless the club runs out of reserves in which case I'll step in.

Hi Alex, yep that's cool with me.  I can't promise I'll be available, but will rule myself out if that becomes the case in the future.

I hope you all have fun, and may somehow see you there anyway :)

Thanks

Great thanks Phil. Hopefully we'll get an update on Digger's car in the not too distant. Keep me in touch anyway.

Just had a thought.

I think we need a Nomad for the stand. Factory loan perhaps?

Thanks Pete, we'll find it!

As for the Nomad, not looking like we'll have one on stand this year but hopefully the factory will join us. No Nomad came forward!

Phil, it is looking like I am not going to be around now due to a work trip, if you wish to take my non camping spot that would be fine. Apologies to all, work defeats plans, again!

Hi Reg, sorry to hear that.  I've transferred the non-camping fee over Alex, but if Reg's circumstances change, I'm happy to swap out, as is my duty, and I'm sure Reg and I can sort the money aspect out.

Fee paid - many thanks Alex!

Let us know when you get the price for the electric hook-up pitch and we'll get that sorted too.

We can't wait ...

:-)

Hi chaps, sorry have been off the planet in the last few days. Reg sorry to hear you can't make it but Phil thanks very much for stepping in. Tom did just confirm that you had paid Phil so very much appreciated.

Looking forward to it already! I should get information on any extra tickets and the electric camping etc in due course.

Right then gents,

I am expecting to get information through shortly about the camping permits. Can you all confirm to me who is and isn't camping please? Given I usually arrange a curry for the Thursday evening, can you let me know about that too? Also if you require any extra tickets aside from the 2 you get with the car (for children for example) let me know now as I need to apply for those at the same time if they release any.

Alex BS/Daz - camping, curry
Peter -
Paul - large pitch with hookup (i assume), curry?
Graeme -
Phil -

Cheers. If I can know shortly it helps get the pitches in as soon as they get to me as they are quite hot on getting the info asap.

Ta muchly.

Alex
