There are thousands of hotel beds in London to suit all tastes. But the truth is that it's best to pay 'by the hour'. In other words, if you're just using the hotel as somewhere to sleep for a few hours, it's not worth going posh. If, however, you're arriving early, availing yourself of the facilities and leaving late, or even a day or so later, then it's worth going for better quality.

I think the rates Tom is suggesting seem pretty reasonable...

Safe parking in central London, however is a bit trickier. Were it not for the appalling state of the rail system on Sundays, I would suggest people took the train. However, I could possibly arrange for some secure parking if anyone has a car they want protected. But it would be in Camden. I imagine that John H could offer the same, but near Tower Bridge...

Refparking- this is important - all allocated parking bays are free after 6pm on a Saturday. This means you can turn up at say 3pm park your car right in the middle of Mayfair and pay for 3 hours. You will then have free parking right through to Monday morning....,

I'm not sure that this is universally true, Jon. It is for Westminster I think (but actually from 18:30 on a Saturday) but not all. For example, Sundays aren't free on meters near me in Camden, or in Kensington and Chelsea. The hotel you stay in might not be in westminster...

Also, this is quite well known and rocking horse poo is easier to find than an empty bay on a saturday night up west...

Ok not London wide worth doing a google then certainly the case in Mayfair, specifically berkley square - lots of spaces if you're timing is right

Scary to say it but Christmas is getting pretty close and the club has already had to pay a pretty large deposit for this!
