Tom, would there be any way of getting camping tickets for two friends who are staying with us if they are up for it? And what about parking for a second car?
And I'm definitely in the the happy camp. Reckon this would be a right laugh...

I hope Tom can pull that off for you but I know the event sold out to general public very, very quickly. We could do with your support as we need to get 7 cars to guarantee a place.
Car parking I doubt would be a problem as its on a farm with plenty of fields.
Good luck, if anyone can do it, Tom can!

It would be helpful if the organisers were slightly more communicative!

Can't do the whole weekend so that effectively rules me out I'm afraid.

Tom,
I know you are doing the Northern one but is there any official factory input, just trying to boost car numbers! Surprised there isn't a bigger response to this. Like you point out, is the cost so bad for what you actually get?
Weather permitting, I can think of worse ways to spend a weekend.
Shame Rob.

Hi Guys,
I have already purchased weekend tickets (2 Adults/2Children) but not for camping. Whoever is in touch with the organisers would it be possible for me to pay the extra and camp bringing the atom?

Do we not have enough funds as a club to do this anyway?
It would be nice to have some presence amongst all those petrolheads and we could use it to sell T-shirts or something to make the cost back...

The club would of course pay up front for this (but collect the money from members who attend.....). I expect though that if we get 7 cars the club can treat us to a gazebo or something.
Given that it's all the members money we decided it wasn't appropriate to spend money on things that wouldn't benefit ALL the members - it has been a bone of contention in the past.
