Hi Guys,

This is looking like a very good trip for us this year. The workshop is filling up nicely and there seems to be cars arriving all the time. Mark has been in charge of the delivery dates etc which is good so we dont get a mad rush on the last day.

We are looking forward to this and I have been chatting with Clive to see if he can sort us a group meal at a restaurant for the saturday night and also a lunch at the track on the sunday.

It is possible that we may have a last minute drop out in one of our Cup hire cars. Would anybody be interested in this at a very competitive rate for the weekend.

Please get in touch with us:
tom.dayman@atomcup.co.uk
mark.harrison@atomcup.co.uk

Any questions etc please just ask.

Tom

Is anyone on this forum going on this trip ? By comparison with last year it's eerily quiet on here - no list - no chatter about meeting up - is it in fact pretty much a bash for the Atom Cup crowd plus a few hangers on (me) ?

Yep I'm going again this year - slow guy driving the Mugen!    http://www.atomclub.com/forum/Smileys/custom/VroumVroum01.gif

We're on the Ryan Air flight which I think lands about 9pm so we probably won't get to Gaudix until about 11pm, so I guess will see everyone bright and early on Saturday morning?!

Is there a plan for Saturday evening?

Cheers

Alastair

Count us in for Saturday.

Health insurance; can anyone recommend a provider that covers track driving? Apparently my usual one doesn't.

Hi All

Cars got collected today and are on their way!!  They should arrive after lunch on Friday.  The Atom Cup team will unload the cars and then move them into the garages.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Excellent - transporters look brilliant - hope mine made it on board - how many cars are making the trip Mark ? Think it was 17 last year but may have that completely wrong

Great Sam - might see you in Guadix town Friday evening - I'm at the Aberfoil arriving at Malaga in the afternoon

Look forward to catching up but probably at the track on Saturday because won't get to Gaudix until later Friday evening. I had originally booked the Aberfoil but we've since changed to the authentic cave hotel option! Really looking forward to this trip.

All cars are on there way to the circuit. Due to delays with our Race Of Champions shipment not arriving back in time we were unable to take a vast amount of spares so we have gone with everything we had left in the workshop.

There are 12 cars in 2 trucks with another 5 meeting us out there so it's lucky number 17 again. Should make the track nice and clear with plenty of time available.

Message from Clive is too pack sun tan lotion! :-)

15 to 17 degrees C and sunny according to the forecast I saw which will be very nice indeed - though I think it is likely to feel a good degree cooler first thing before the sun burns off the morning mist
