Does anyone know if the factory is still open / operating semi-normally at the moment? - I sent an email a while ago and heard nothing back which is pretty unusual when trying to buy something (assuming it went through ok)....

I also spotted that the regular Ariel site now includes some newly listed service items, which I'd like to purchase but it looks like no deliveries to the EU (or at least my country)....... I hope that doesn't mean I'm SOL for parts in future ;-(

Any ideas, or anyone else in the same "post brexit boat" ?

No, resisted the urge to call but probably should have... I’ll try giving them a ring tomorrow. Thanks for the confirmation gents!

They always answer calls. So, just call them...

You can still order any Parts you want, but not from the shop if direct delivery to EC.
Send a mail to Matt in the Ariel parts Department : parts@........
