Throttle Response

I had to go and do an essential shop today.

However, the Atom starts up, but no throttle response, at all, so it won’t rev.

It’s happened a few times on start up, switch it off and on a few time’s and it fires up.

But it happened earlier when I was DRIVING, fortunately I could hit the hazards, switched it off and on and it was fine.

Can someone tell me what the issue is please?
