Rolling Kit?

I'm looking for all ideas on how in the US too obtain full Roller's without drive train?
Can i buy this over seas and have it shipped too the US?
I want everything minus engine/trans.
I plan on doing my own CF work and engine.

Not possible anymore.  Best bet is to buy a low end car and remove the engine or a used one and remove the engine
