Yes, that is the only thing thats fun in that story.

The Driver will lose his drivinglicens minimum 5 Years.
He will be sentenced by a court for his serial
offenses in publik traffic with a car.
They will  punish to pay minimum 10000.- EU.
and/or up to 3-5 years freedom penalty.
