Definition of motoring heaven

Post by Bruce Fielding » Tue Oct 04, 2011 4:14 pm

Clear skies; beautiful sunshine; dry roads; practically no traffic; the Susten practically to myself; the Grimsel ditto; and I was in an Ariel Atom. And it's October, and I was wearing baggies, a T shirt and a shell jacket.

I think I'm going to have to back tomorrow and do some more passes...

Bruce
Just watched a vx220 go up the Susten Pass on YouTube.
Driving nirvana. Very envious. Love Switzerland, especially the Jungfrau region.
Fabulous

Keep smiling!!

Its the road to the Llyn Brainne Reservoir, absolutely fantastic around there - the journey to this road follows the river, you can just make it out in the this pic:

BTW - that is before you get to the 6 miles of fun !

Thats a "river"? Man I know a few Welsh people that could always spin a yarn, but seeing that gives me a new perspective on where they get it from. :)
