About Ice track, coaching and Nomad...

>:D >:D >:D

A friend of mine race pilot and instructor organizes ice driving courses. As new Nomad owner, i've been dreaming of testing it in those conditions. That's how the Nomad will make the trip with him !

there is bellow his advertisement and you can contact him directly with the e-mail on it.

a small translation of intersting things to know about it would be :

from december the 16th to 20th, on Serre Chevalier ice track, you can enjoy a coaching on a compressed Nomad. the instructors are all professionnals, the track is the official "Trophée Andros" one and the car... You know the car (maybe not with studded tires...).

don't hesitate to ask questions !

Etienne,

If you would like some wheels and tires to go Ice driving with - we have a set, unused here for a Nomad.

We used them when filming with Shell Oils for the following commercial:

Get in touch if youd like to discuss.

I'd love but we are just allowed to use road legal tires... I've been watching the video and your tires would destroy the ice too fast !!!

They are pretty aggressive... but will give you ultimate grip! They dont wear the ice too much, as the car is very light. But i think you might struggle with the road legality, it doesnt say not for road use, i think it says competition use only... so, if the competition is on the road?! ;)

Phil - because Shell wanted them removed!
The tyres fit under the guards no problem, no issues...
