I would expect the insurance to be a fair bit higher for a Nomad or Atom left outside.
Plus it won't do it any favours getting damp all the time (even under a waterproof cover). Not recommended IMO.

I’d echo what Pete says.
My insurance requires it to be garaged, and I’d expect that for most.
Likewise, while it can get wet and dirty, I’m not sure it’d do well at all being outside. There are bound to be bits that rust, even if you went with stainless as an option (I’m thinking stone chips in wishbones and the like).
Also, while there’s an indoor cover available for the nomad, there’s no outdoor one. I’d also take that as a hint.
