Clearly, the SADEV box, is what the Nomad is crying out for.....

You'll be needing to do that in a tunnel or under a bridge.

Thanks for that, good to know. Think that is something I will retrofit on my first service.

Jerry
I've the new dash fitted to my 3.5R, it's different from the A4 dash and, in my humble, way better.
I got a reversing camera incorporated, I'd strongly recommend both.

You can flip the connectors in the cockpit easily to fuel flow on downshifts. It’s loud!!
I stuck with the original display, some upgraded to atom 4
I find the original to be absolutely fine/spot on but each to their own!

Phil, I think it’s the car that’s ‘special’, which is perhaps why Henry was cool(ish) with it.....

Or as you say, maybe I AM ARIEL ROYALTY....any chance you’ll all bow to me at the next rooting tooting Ariel meet? Image

Is anything in the diary? I feel there is a Caffeine and Machine run out soon?

Maybe C&M should be the first Nomad R meet, there are certainly a few Atom/Nomad owners not too far away who i'm sure would come along ... ;-)

I’m 30 mins away (20 if I use the R!) and am 100% up for this!

I’m similar.
When is the final ‘R’ being collected so we can agree on a date for the quintet’s C&M debut?

Bearing in mind the 5th is Ariel’s motor

Not sure Henry will be keen to shoot 5 hours for a coffee.....

Unless someone is buying the Press car?

Got to be worth £250k eh? 1 of 5 .....

CAG3D 5 customer cars and factory press car. So far three I believe have been collected.

The factory is transporting my ‘R’ to my trusted PPF installer today, just waiting to hear its arrived safely (arrived ok, they say it looks awesome and radical!).

Should get to see it soon for the first time later this week, two weeks for PPF, then back to factory for collection on 29th

I think the final 5th ‘R’ has been brought by Harry’s car barn, not sure he’s on the forum…

Being in the south, near brands hatch bit of trek, but could start a convoy with fellow Sadev owner with Mr P

Just follow the rubber duck!

May I ask who you have used for your PPFing?

Sure, they are local to me. I’ve had two other cars done with them in the last two years and they have been brilliant and always go above and beyond, they do lot of work from all the local super car dealers which are many in Kent Sevenoaks and Royal Tunbridge Wells area.

They also do a lot of classic cars, where they have to create custom templates, rather than the manufactures ones available from Xpel (The only Ariel that exists is for the 4). Last time I was in they have lovely TVR Sagaris they did amazing job on.

Don’t know the cost doing the ‘R’ yet, seeing the car and agreeing that in morning deciding what to cover; panels, carbon dash, carbon seats, tubes etc

Super excited for the morning, just to see it for first time.
