Headlights not working

Post by 77_TYX » Tue May 28, 2019 7:51 am

Morning all

My dipped beam has stopped working. Sidelights and high beam work fine. Assume a fuse has gone...does anyone have a list/diagram of fuses please.

Thanks

Unfortunately, I wasn't given a handbook at purchase. It was bought second hand, from a garage, with 800 miles on the clock.

Maybe have a chat with the factory, I'm sure they can sort you out.

It's worth getting hold of one I'd say.

Quick bump on this as this is twice now that I heard of the issue. Is it a potential recurring problem?

Keep those spare fuses and fuse diagrams handy people. Winter is coming...

As Karl says, this happened to me earlier this week.

I’d have needed a spare fuse (10A for dipped beams), diagram, and a screwdriver to get the fuse box lid off. None of which I had with me.

Those now all reside in the car in case it happens again.
