I just had a proper look at the roads. Perfect for our kind of driving. Good planning, Mr Weineck! You're going to really enjoy your new car.

So after booking the ferry, telling my passenger and booking the hotels, I've finally got past the wife! Lol. Bloody can't wait.

The BMW or his Fiat 500 Biposto. If he's two up, I expect the BM.

You expect correctly... Plus he'll be insured on my car so we can switch drivers...

Incidentally, if anyone wants £15 off their booking when using Booking.com use this code: https://www.booking.com/s/9e4ac407

(Just for transparency, I also get £15 so it's good for everyone)

Thanks Bruce, yes they do involve quite a bit of research and planning, but hopefully payback big time in July

Bruce , yes confirm the dates you mentioned re bookings.

ALL re the booking on 9 July at Pinhao, Vintage house hotel, I need to understand your requirements....

Firstly please note the 6 rooms are secured on my card.  We can cancel FOC up until 7 July.  After that date we are liable for the full amount.  Please put that date in your diary because if you have to individually cancel for whatever reason after that date, I will need you to still pay me in full for your room.  Thanks.  Nick are you still holding an extra room booking at this hotel?  You can perhaps release it now as it currently looks like 6 cars?

Secondly I will inform the hotel that we will individually settle our accounts on check out.  Sometimes hotels take the full amount on the day for the rooms before checkout.  In that event we can sort out payment later, or cover some of my hotel charges at the later hotels.  We can sort this at the time.

Thirdly, I assume Alex, and Patrick require twin rooms, and the rest don't mind?  Please confirm your room requirements soon, and I will allocate rooms on my booking and inform the hotel.

Thanks
