Well it isn't wheel driven or track driven so I can't think what legislation it would come under.

If there isn't any to cover it then surely it won't be illegal.  ???

That guy is bloody clever - brilliant execution of a very difficult idea - amazing really - though mad as well

I think that's on radio controlled tripod.  If you look at the way it turns there is no up and down movement it's too "controlled" and where are his legs?
