At 53 (closing in on 54), it's taking about 40 or 50 miles a week running, 12 miles of rowing, a bit of cycling and a few sessions of weights...
[/quote]

Got you beaten there then, I'm driving at least 60 miles a day...

Bloody hell

If I was running 50 miles a week I would expect to look like mo farah tbh ( without the tan and teeth)

That is a lot of exercise!

I thought I was doing well walking to work 2 miles a day
Running 50 miles don't think my body would cope (52 years old)
Certainly my mind couldn't do that.
After that I will have to up my game or quit  ;D

Need to get back on the bike and up to 8+ hours a week  :'( Booking Tenerife in April, not a place to ride if you're not in shape  ;D

Don't mention the bike. Not been on mine for two years. Used to love it but riding just eats time.

both Maelyn and I got bikes at the end of 2014, I felt it my duty to off set my carbon footprint with a bit of cycling. Diring 2015 we did about 2.5 miles each and during 2016 we weren't so energetic as we only managed about 1.5, that is each. I think we may go all out this year and try to out do our previous years. no need to overdo things ;D

Sounds better than my attempt bike collected December 2014
Fell of on the way home no damage to bike or myself
And stuck in the garage ever since
I think it might be time to go and find it  ;D

Maybe not.

Two years of injuries, the last with an Atom to make myself feel better, have dented hopes of winning the TDF :D

So then, week 2 (or week 1!). Close friend birthday celebrations put an end to dry Jan but still managed to come out with a small loss. It didn't help with Pete W and his lovely family to come say hi for the night! (Pete doesn't drink on his own apparently! Not what I've heard... lol)

Wife's and mum's birthday this week too so plenty in the social calendar but not drinking this week! I will be driving by the look of things! lol.

310=325! That'll be the Presidential Remap kicking in... :vroom:

I've add 111.2 to the spreadsheet Alex.

Get back on the wagon!

My plan:

Dry Jan
Semi dry Feb
A bloody monsoon in Mar - skiing!
