Well done! that's great news, and good to hear the golf didn't suffer in the process either.

[quote="Sir Nick"]
Jumped on the scales this morning and my target 80kg has been hit!  Yay!  Very smug to have done it inside 4 weeks.  So my work here is done.

No booze no biscuits and keeping a count of calories consumed and burnt helped.  Oh and an hour session of floor exercises weights and cross trainer daily.  But the big thing - golf!  Get some bats boys!

Cheers

Well done mate, good to see the work has paid off..i need to start concentrating  ;D

Under 85Kgs, still can't be bothered to train so the weight is not falling off However, fruit smoothies every morning and no alcohol since the start. Can't beat the feelign of waking up with a clear head every day, well apart from every weekend when I could be in the pub watching a game of something :)

I'm sorry to say I'm still not eating particularly healthily, still drinking (though not as much), but as per Nick's post "keeping a count of calories consumed and burnt helped.".

I like food, so I try and do some exercise to burn calories to allow me to eat more.  Still a long long way to go for me.

I've cut out my lunchtime flapjack and crisps, and am avoiding other treats. Now down to 79kg.

-2kg this. Better with that. It's coming off slowly! Half term could be a bit of a PITA though.

If anyone wants to drop 4kg in 3 days I would recommend Norovirus...not!
