Hi guys new to the club, just purchased an ACE would be grateful if someone can tell me what productive does also When TC light flashes is this on or off

Hi Paul. Congrats on your purchase.
I'm not sure what you mean by productive, but as for the TC light, mine flashes when the bike is started, and then goes out when it picks up wheel rotation. If it flashes whilst you're riding, then the TC is reigning it in a bit.

Yes, I noticed how many were for sale. Have a feeling this is the result of speculators hoping for an uplift due to the limited numbers, but didn't count on the fact that all Aces' are limited in number!

Loving mine. Just passed the 1K mark, although 500 of those miles was picking it up at new and after first service!

Still love my Ace even after 16000 miles.
Even if I’m 1year short of being an OAP.
Just wish we had longer summer to enjoy more time out on them.

No , it’s a standard Ace. 150 miles , the reserve light still never came on . Wouldn’t want to do more than that without a petrol can with me. I’m really curious how many miles you would get to a tank. Have to do a bit of research.

Does anyone have a manual - I only got the Honda vfr one with mine.

what do the various Dash buttons do - and how do you configure it if need be?

I know about the red traction control and trip reset but that's about it.

This is all I have from Ariel.
Just left mine pretty much as it came from Ariel.
There’s probably quite a few things you can change with these buttons.
I’m not much of a person to get into the really technical side of things, I’ve never went past the basic setup.
If your unsure give Ariel a call , I’ve always found them more than happy to help.
A couple of questions , what sort of miles on a full tank of fuel, and any recommendations for insurance.
Mine is up for renewal shortly , I’m currently with Bennetts’s , but their renewals were going up .

yes thankyou. very helpful. I didn't get the paper with mine.

Not sure with range as I always forget to reset the trip - something like 110 miles as I recall.

Insurance I have other bikes and couldn't therefore use no claims on the ariel. they were with Carole nash who declined to quote frustratingly. I ended up with MSM Insurance who were great to deal with but due to the value and no claims I'm paying a premium so will need to do some shopping next renewal I think

I had to start fresh no claims when I bought my Ariel as well, Bennetts’s wouldn’t transfer my NCD to the Ariel.
Have had a look on the MSM website , there’s a lot of info about the Ace to put in .
Think I might just give them a call.
