Lose both FOBs in Atom 3. Now what?
I'm talking to a gentleman who has a well provenanced Atom 3 that he's looking to sell, but he's lost both key fobs for it. Has this happened to anyone here? And if so, what did you do to remedy it?

I guess I should have added "I'm in the US". (I have no idea what a V5 is).

V5 is Ownership papers to a vehicle. You may call them pink slips? I’m referring to them as pink slips due to the movie Grease lol.
But yeh, call the dealer and hopefully they can point you in the right direction

Check with TMI the manufacturer of your immobiliser and then simply buy and fit a new immobiliser - or, alternatively, simply trailer the Atom to an vehicle electrical shop - get them to replace the immobiliser - you, or more probably the vendor, will probably have to produce proof of ownership!
I had the immobliser fail on my Atom after a hill climb in the UK - luckily I had trailered it to the climb so I simply called Ariel to discover the manufacturer's name and bought a new immobiliser from them and was up an running again in a couple of days!!
From memory the cost was equivalent to about $125 (GBP£99.99)
The UK built Atom 3 series use the Sterling 'Toad' immobiliser as standard :

Thanks for the response. TMI said they didn't have any in stock, didn't know when they'd GET any in stock. I advised the guy to grab one from eBay, and he got it. The wires need to be trimmed to make it the right length, and the connector needed to be swapped over.
Thanks for the response!

I heard someone removed the immobiliser too, so that’s always an option

Thanks for the response! I was trying to help a guy get his running so that I could buy it. He decided he didn't want to deal with it anymore, and sold it to someone else.
