"I'll get my coat"

It's a bit of 'street talk' that is said light-heartedly when someone wants to appear embarassed and feels awkward about something that has happened and they want to make a quick exit from the situation.

Someone else, as a joke, may shout "Taxi" meaning that they are arranging for that person to leave quickly.

It's because CAG3D has a 3.5R with a manual gearbox and you suggested that 'real' 3.5Rs had to have the Sadev gearbox.

Blame Google translation !

My suspicion is that the coat quote is rather more a result of Mr Gaged's assertion that there are only 12 x Rs.
It's a bit surprising that the factory haven't given a definitive answer.

😁 👍 sorry CAG3D , i don't want to embarrass anyone with a manual ! 😉

In fact all the tests i have read were of course with factory 3.5R which was with sequential and to my opinion, because i had similar gearbox on my V8, it made a big difference even if i fully understand owners who prefer manual.

Perhaps factory was giving a Number for new ones only, not for upgraded.

I’m not sure I prefer the manual box, I have the Sadev in the Nomad R and it’s awesome.

Hmm, sorta.

For me, anyway, it revolves entirely around The Fast Show. That's where I nicked it from, anyway.

Fantastic looking car with a bonus. Opportunity to upgrade wheels, then seats, then dash. Keep us updated.

Do the dash, it's fab.
