Atom 4 Dash

Post by AlanP » Wed Oct 21, 2020 7:38 pm

The lovely chaps at Ariel are offering to change my 3.5R carbon dash for the 4 dash.

I do like the 4 dash. I know it has a couple of issues, no trip meter, odd tacho eg; but do you experienced 4 owners have other reservations?

FYI, retro fitted with carbon surround and reversing camera about 3K with VAT.

No problems with mine. Menu navigation is a little clunky I suppose, but I only go into them twice a year to change the time. I really like it.

Hi Alan,

Would you consider selling your existing dash surround if you go this route? I’m after one for an upgrade from a spa to dash2.

Cheers.

Dear Mr Atlarge

Of course, it'll be of little use to me. It's the dash with the carbon surround. They are suggesting early December it will be ready, I'll let you know.

Hi Alan,

That would be great, thanks!
I'm only really after the surround part but I'm sure we can work something out.

Cheers,
ChaZ

So is that £1k for the reversing camera then?

Liking the big rev counter on the Nomad implementation....
GR Yaris CP for when it rains, Atom 4 for when it doesn’t.

Karl,

£2313 + plus the vodka

Hi Henry. Is the cost for the Atom 3 the same as a 3.5?

Really like it, does it show which gear is selected, albeit doesn't really matter? Want it, but an expensive change on a vehicle I only collected 4 months ago from the factory.
