Many thanks, that looks very tidy!
Is that a custom bracket you have made or a modified wall fixing?

Like yourself ive gone for a 1.75 but i went for the polished look {most probably going to be a bitch to keep clean}, i get the hex bolt at the front its the rear fixing i couldnt work out, it looks like a different bracket to the standard bottle holder, but its hard to tell from the picture. Thanks for putting the pictures up :tu:

So what holds the bottom mount in place? The top (nearest the gearstick) is pretty self explanatory but the bottom doesn't line up with a current fixing point, does it?

Anyone have a mount like the one shown above that they no longer want before I ask the factory?

VickersUK

The triangular stainless steel 'bit' is the standard factory pax/driver footrest - but with a longer bolt at the front end (left side of the photo) to accommodate the fire extinguisher bracket

I called up the factory and bought mine from them to save any hassle etc.

Mount kit shown here. I fitted mine to the metal spar that was already there and had it closer to the gearbox so I can grab it when I need it. On the picture above it shows it closer to the footrest which wouldn't work on mine as i have the pressed aluminium passenger footrest and it didn't fit down there.

Pretty easy to do. I had to move the coolant pipe underneath in the transmission tunnel to gain access to the nuts underneath.

Very happy with it and the customer service from Matt at the factory too. Came quicker than he said and was on the phone earlier answering questions when I needed it.

Not at all.

The extinguisher was 130 80 and the mount kit was 15 quid both plus the vat.
