There is only one model for sale now, the Atom 3, with several different options. The supercharger is just one of the options. Both the US and UK sites list the options that are available. www.arielatom.com and www.arielmotor.co.uk

In Italy I would assume you contact Ariel directly... they have a list of second hand cars available and the prices of those.
The 'as-new' prices are dependant on options requested. Lots of options!!!
