Hello!

Post by rich77 » Sun Apr 02, 2023 10:53 am

Hi All,

Always lusted after an Atom, so having sold a military vehicle, I hope to be able to start looking into buying one at last!

So first up, is there a buyers guide FAQ on here?

I'd love a mk 4 but my budget means I will have to go for an older model.

Cheers!

Hi, take a look at the Ariel.club Start Page.
There is a link to the PH Buyers Guide.
Maybe this will help.
Otherwise just ask what you want to know.
Specs depends on your preferences Street/Track use.

Cheers

If you can let us know your budget, that will help as the advice will vary depending on model and spec.

It's a tough one. Given that re-sale values are so strong, I should always be able to recoup most of what I pay, if I decide to sell at a later date, I can be fairly flexible on budget.

Is the waiting time on a new one still 3 years?

I'm thinking something like £40 to £50k.

I want to do at least one Atom Experience day first though. Just to make sure its going to be the 'must have' bucket list car I think it is!

Indeed you should. Waiting time is still c.3 years. £40-£50k will get you into a good well-specified supercharged 3.5, which will blow your socks off. Starting point for a basic Atom 4 is c.£55k.
