Atom 4 on order

Hello everyone. I placed an order for an Atom 4 through TMI about a month ago. I’m looking forward to learning more about the car and finally getting behind the wheel in 2024. I’m located in Southern California

I placed an order January 2022.
I have a chassis #122, apparently completed March 2022
June 2022 was advised likely late summer 2022 delivery date
still waiting .........

Yes I bought through TMI. I have been told Q2 2024 delivery. For people with past due delivery dates what is the cause? In my industry we had a lot of chip and raw material shortages during 2021 and part of 2022 but those issues have been non existent for 6+ months. I’m curious what would be causing delays at this time.

Yeh, I think it’s been global that silicone shortages for circuitry that go into automobiles over part few years and since then it’s an extremely slow recovery (if any). And as for basic materials it’s been similar in the UK, cost of material has noticeably increased and demand has been high…

For mine I was told parts were an issue. Dampers, body panels and the like. I also ordered mine pre-pandemic, so that def had an impact.

Sit back get a lot of reading material, program a few netflix series because its going to be a long wait.
I put in an order 14 months ago and so far its crickets...I cant get any info on a start time.
Kind of wished I had bought something used instead.
