New Atom 3 Owner

Post by MDifficult » Mon Aug 08, 2022 12:58 pm

Hi,

I've just purchased my first Atom, a 2009 Supercharged 3 with some 3.5 modifications. Delivered to me this morning, I've already done 100 miles during my lunch 'hour' and can't stop smiling!

I've tried to pay to join the club but got stuck in a PayPal loop so I'll again later.

Look forward to being part of the club!

EDIT: I'm based in Berkshire in the UK - anybody local?

Cheers

Hey! Welcome to the Ariel ownership!
Forgive me, but how does one manage to do 100 miles in their lunch hour πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ πŸŽπŸ’¨.

Add a photo of your car if you can πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ. All the best

Thanks very much, it's great to be here ;D

I may have extended my lunch hour by a little bit!

Went out for another run yesterday evening... thank goodness I packed my clear visor in the 'frunk' because I was enjoying myself so much I kept going until it was dark!

Nice!

I travelled 6 hours to collect my Atom, then driven straight back home throughout the night. Amazing experience.

All the best with yours and stay safe ✌🏼

Thanks very much - Certainly a completely new driving experience. I've been employing motorbike skills... brake in a straight line, slow in, don't change your mind mid corner, fast out. Working so far!
