Newbie - Atom 3 330

Hi Guys,

I'm about to join the Atom family with my 330bhp Atom 3 from Ariel. Pick up the Atom from Ariel on Saturday, happy days.

Hope to get to know you all soon.

Ps: Book onto Silverstone on Monday. No point hanging around >:D >:D >:D

What is an Atom 3 330?
Is it a 310 supercharged or 350R? I didn’t know there was a model in between the two

an Atom 330 is a 310bhp with oversize pistons... POWWWEEERR! :tu:

At Ariel - and about £8K+VAT..... we have to remove the engine and have it bored out etc :drool:

Presumably only really cost effective if the engine needs new pistons/rebore for repair/maintenance purposes ..

Not really viable as a performance enhancement then 😁

I’ll look into winding the supercharger up a bit instead.

Kai,

If you are increasing the blower boost you will need a charge cool kit, side pods, oil cooler etc, about £7.5K +VAT. but, you get more of an increase... to 350BHP
