Hello from France

Post by thomas_fr » Wed Mar 22, 2017 12:57 pm

Hi, i'm Thomas from France,
interested to buy an Atom since a few years (since i had the chance to have a ride on track with a SC/300hp), and 2017 seems to be the year  ;)

I own a Turbo VX220 (remapped to 290hp) and a Stock Honda S2000,
I don't use the S2000 (i prefer the vx220  ;D ), so i'm selling it,
and i wonder about selling the vx220 also, to buy the Atom.

I'm going to inspect an Atom 2 in London on sunday (the one on ph at 27k£, 245hp / front/rear spoilers),
maybe it will be the one  :tu:

I also saw the one of Sir_Nick, maybe i should contact him to come see his Atom  ???

Thanks for reading, Thomas.

I should be around Thomas, best ping me a PM and I'll give you my mobile number.  Nearest airport is Bristol although Heathrow is only 1.5 hours away.

Who cares about the weather on your 1st drive,
it rained all the way home on mine.
You will have a smile from ear to ear  I did .
Might have to visit a few petrol stations on that journey.
Hope you enjoy it .

I'm home, after a 1600km trip in 2 days in the Atom

That was lot of fun, 10min of rain near Luton, and 100% blue sky after, perfect  :vroom:

Epic ride yesterday,
i was on a 300km "motorway" trip to join friends, blue sky at the beginning, but then thunderstorm, under heavy rain for 1 hour, stuck at 50mph due to the AD08R, fog in the helmet (i forgot to put the pinlock in  :td:), and with "summer clothes",

that was scary, but at the end, when the sky goes blue again, what a pleasure

I need to find water resistant clothes, that does not reduce the helmet/head movements, any recommendations?
