New Owner in Surrey

Post by Jasong » Thu Sep 01, 2016 1:56 pm

Hi All,

Am 2 weeks into my ownership of a new Atom 3.5 ... and am already addicted to the experience.

Hope to meet up with some of you on drives or meets in due course.

Top speed?  The Mercedes (194mph beats 150ish mph)
0-60mph?  The Atom (2.7 secs beats 3.8 secs)
0-100mph?  The Atom (6.0 secs beats 6.9 secs)
1/4 mile? The Mercedes (11.2secs beats 11.79 secs)

None of the above verified (apart from the 11.79 recorded by Northnoble).

Thanks all for the welcome.

@lord studley - suspect you did indeed. Was scooting back home after having been summoned by the Mrs!

@justin - an interesting decision ... Had the same one to make myself. Very, very pleased with my choice and find the combo of the two cars to be brilliant. So different to each other, but both fantastic fun

If anyone's local and fancies a drive, let me know.

Thanks again for the welcome messages

Near Heathrow. Little group of us often meet up at Boxhill. There's a good few owners relatively local.

The factory did say there were a good number of owners in the area. Well if you guys don't mind me tagging along one day, I'd like to come and say hello.
