This 2006 Ariel Atom 2 was sold new by Brammo of Talent, Oregon, and it was acquired by the seller from its second owner on BaT in December 2020 and stayed in Florida. The car features an exposed tube-steel chassis with body panels finished in black and carbon fiber. Power is provided by a turbocharged GM Ecotec inline-four mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. Equipment includes forward canards and a rear wing, staggered-diameter alloy wheels, adjustable cantilever suspension, xenon lights, Sparco seats, and more as outlined below. This Atom shows 8k miles and is offered with an owner’s manual; spare parts including a roll bar, fenders, exhaust, and safety harnesses; a clean Carfax report; and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name that lists the vehicle as a 2006 ASPT (assembled from parts).The exposed chassis tubing and roll hoop are painted silver, and body panels are finished in satin black with carbon-fiber accents. Additional features include xenon headlights, a removable custom rear-wing mount with an APR Performance carbon-fiber wing, and four front canards. A pair of removed carbon-fiber front fenders is included in the sale. XXR wheels measure 16″ up front and 17″ at the rear, with all wearing Toyo Proxes R888 tires. Carbon-fiber fenders shield the rear tires. The adjustable cantilever suspension features billet bell cranks from Innovative Mounts. The wheels, tires, and suspension were installed during current ownership. The cockpit houses a pair of Sparco seats with embroidered Ariel logos, a five-point harness for the driver, a six-point harness for the passenger, and a fire-suppression system. The custom-built dash is equipped with an Aeroforce Interceptor OBD2 gauge, an AEM wideband gauge, and an oil-pressure gauge. A spare set of harnesses is included in the sale. A quick-release three-spoke steering wheel frames a cluster with readouts for speed, rpm, temperature, fuel level, gear position, and more. Just under 8k miles are shown on the digital odometer, approximately 500 of which have been added by the seller. Paired with a GM F35 five-speed manual gearbox, the GM Ecotec inline-four is equipped with a Super 20G turbocharger and reportedly was rebuilt by the seller with forged internals.
