Re: Right Hand drive Atom question
Like many things on the atom the Ambidextrous chassis is an optional extra, and not standard.
Re: Right Hand drive Atom question
Just for your information. The factory provides this service to convert the car to a LHD or better said to convert the car to an ambidextrous chassis as they leave the old brackets in place.
They weld the new mounting brackets for the steering und pedal box and do a partial wet paint on to the areas where the welding has occured. So no powder coating as it is not possible to do so.
To get an full powder coating they or you have to strip the whole car down and that if you're not doing this by yourself is a joy expensive thing to do!
So if you want to get the conversion and also get rid of a few chips on your chassis there is unfortunately no other possibilty.
