Re: Pagani factory tour pics
I want one!
Seeing the guts of it makes it way more sexy and appealing in my opinion.

mY Favorite one so far is the zonda F 700HP... AND ITS sounds like and F1 car ... i love how they lay the carbon fiber on the car, it has to line up perfect otherwise they scrap it.... Just amazing car... nothing you can hate about it This is up there with my all-time favorite car the Mclaren f1. is the zonda Road legal in AMerica?
Watch these videos about it

The Zonda was never marketed to North America. The Zonda R is billed as track only, Ã la the Ferrari FXX, but they built (are building? - as seen in the factory tour) 5 road versions dubbed Cinque.

at Geneva
The future Pagani C9 was reportedly to be homologated for North America and Japan, but I have heard nothing about it since announcements last September, that also talked about a new factory that would allow production of 60 cars a year. I was happy to see the new factory mentioned in passing in the tour writeup.
There were a flurry of blurbs last year like this:

Here's a list price summary that floated around in 2006
Zonda F Coupe: â?¬478,000
Zonda F Coupe ClubSport: â?¬500,000
Zonda Roadster F: â?¬538,000
Zonda Roadster F Clubsport: â?¬560,000
Individual options - *Standard on Clubsport
Brembo CCM Brakes: â?¬17,250 *
Body Two-Tone Paint: â?¬13,800
Remote Diagnostic System: â?¬10,000
Lifting System: â?¬11,000
Exhaust System Titanuim: â?¬14,800
Upgraded Gearbox: â?¬10,120 *
Full Carbon Body: â?¬35,000
Interiors options were custom ordered.
The Zonda R listed at â?¬1.4 million according to this.
And someone in Germany is offering up the first Cinque for â?¬1.6 according to this.
(Although when I checked Jameslist, the only Pagani I found was this Roadster Clubsport for â?¬990,000.)
I haven't seen any auction results of actual sale prices, but the Zonda F asking prices I've seen have generally been the equivalent of 900K to 1.2M USD.
