Formula 1 is so evocative

For those outside of the UK, Formula 1 is coming back to the BBC for the first time in 13 years.  All of those that followed the sport back then will remember the introduction music - The Chain by Fleetwood Mac.

It is probably as perfect a match of music and high adrenalin motorsport that you can get!!!!!!! -  just hearing the riff - makes the hairs on my neck stand up and puts a lump in my throat as i imagine these 900bhp motors going past at 200+mph......

...[/quote]

If this works I've attached a sound clip of the riff. It's actually a 27 sec mp3 but I uploaded as a mpg. Used to have it embedded in a web page.

Not live, but will certainly record them to watch tomorrow morning/night - at least for this race anyhow.

Cheers, Ross.

Is it possible to record red button on Sky+?

I'm going to record Q1-3 on Saturday but if there's a way to record interactive, I'm up for that

As a tall woman I appreciate it's hard to find men of greater stature but honestly they look ridiculous, poison dwarf doesn't even begin to cover it!

The red button content will be broadcast on another channel somewhere on sky, channel 301 for Freeview users, but it depends if sky let you access that channel, you might have to manually add it in the same way you can non-local ITV regions.  Or sometimes Sky set up a menu for Sky+ to let you record interactive content.

That Sniff Petrol 'Stop the Cock' campaing was funny.

Thinnk the Williams were 1 - 2 in the P1 session.  For me Barrichello is the standout in that list as he set his time quite near the end of the session when to all others the track had 'gone off' and times were slower.

Vettel was third; best of the rest after the Brawn's.  Are you constantly under the influence of something? :pop:

That was Friday practice when he stopped.

Obviously he had Diet Red Bull, because he was flying (although a bit behind Brawn and Richard Brawndson)
